Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using MySale App. This agreement governs your use of the MySale App, including Cloud-based App or Offline App (collectively referred to as "the Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Services.

1. General Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal consent from your parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You shall not use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice or liability.
The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.

2. Your Rights to Use the Services

MySale App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and conditions.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Payment

The use of MySale App may require payment for certain features or services. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the Services as described in the app or website.
Payments made for the Services are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

MySale App and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySale App and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Termination

MySale App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and you must uninstall any downloaded copies of the app.

6. Data Retention Policy

MySale App may retain your data as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
You have the option to delete your account and associated data by following the instructions provided within the app or website.

7. Terms and Description of Services

MySale App provides an app to do billing, inventory management and accounting and that enables users to manage their business with the cloud based app and offline app.
MySale app also provides a cloud based accounting module to manage the business.
The Services include features such as billing, accounting, reports and inventory management.

8. Business Data and Privacy

MySale App may collect and store data related to your business, including but not limited to products, transaction details, and customer information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials that you submit or upload to the Services.
By providing such data, content, or materials, you grant MySale App a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
MySale App will try to keep users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks.

10. Permissions

In order to provide the Services, MySale App may require certain permissions from you, including but not limited to access to your device's location, contact information, device information, and images.
By using the Services, you grant MySale App permission to access and use the necessary data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Collection of Location, Contact, Device Information, and Images

MySale App may collect and use your device's location information to provide location-based features and enhance your experience within the Services.
With your consent, MySale App may access your contact information to facilitate communication between users.
MySale App may collect device information, such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers, to optimize the Services and diagnose technical issues.
With your explicit permission, MySale App may access and store images from your device for the purpose of listing products or enhancing the app's functionality.

12. Storage

MySale App may store and process your data, including personal and business information, on servers located in various locations, which may be outside your country of residence.
By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data as described above.

13. Camera

MySale App may require access to your device's camera to enable certain features, such as scanning barcodes or capturing product images.
Camera access will only be used for the intended functionality within the Services and will not be used for any unauthorized purposes.

14. Approval of Notification or SMS

By using the Services, you consent to receive alerts, messages, and promotional campaigns from MySale App and its partners.
You can manage your communication preferences within the app or website settings.

15. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the refund request is noticed through customer care, email or website within 3 working days from date of payment then we will refund 60% of the payment after settling bank and service provider's fees or any bank charges.
The refund will initiate after 30 Days from the request received.
Refund policies will be applied only for Yearly subscriptions payments.

16. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection, with them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by construed in accordance with the prevailing legislation in the Emirate of Dubai within the United Arab Emirates. The court of Dubai within the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions, its subject matter or formation.
